Regional, traditional, original: the menu at Heindl's Schmarren & Palatschinkenkuchl

Anyone who loves Austrian cuisine will rejoice when they look at our menu. Whether cheese spaetzle, veal cream goulash, fried chicken or Wiener Schnitzel - the classics of our kitchen not only taste great, we also use Austrian ingredients on the table.


All fresh meat comes from our country's farmers, as do the free-range eggs.

We get the vegetables, the potatoes, the lettuce and the onions from the fertile fields in Vienna and Lower Austria. Our pancakes and our Kaiserschmarren are prepared with Fini's finest flour from Austrian mills. The sugar comes from Vienna and the salt from Bad Ischl. The wines on our menu come from the Austrian wine-growing regions in Lower Austria, Vienna, Styria and Burgenland.
